Mass Effect Andromeda Best Armor

Armor is your ally in any combat game. Apart from looking cool on you, it will do the hard work of quenching your enemy’s blows and giving your health bar some extra staying power. If you are having a hard time staying alive in Mass Effect: Andromeda, chances are that you don’t have the best Mass armor on your side.

It is important to note that your style of playing will determine what blend of Mass Effect Andromeda best armor and best assault weapons you will need to make it through the game. In this guide, I will go through what I think is the best armor in the game. I will combine statistics, perks and actual experience from my gameplays.

Before getting started, it is important to note that my Mass Effect Andromeda gaming strategy involves a lot of stalking, using cover and strategizing my attacks. I am not an all out furry player which means that I get hit a little bit less often than the straight to the point players. If you can back up the Mass Effect Andromeda PC requirements, it’s time to get started.

Remnant Heritage Armor

This piece of Remnant Technology is as beautiful as it is formidable. With the whole outfit, you can get up to +31 boosts in damage resistance, +48 for your shield and health regeneration and a very useful +30 in shield and health regeneration delay reduction for the chest piece. This is perhaps the best Mass Effect Andromeda armor for people who like to charge chest first into the battle as it will increase your staying power, giving you a chance to knock down the enemies before you go down. You will, however, need a great deal of Remnant Research Data to unlock and build this armor.

Here is the material and research data needed to create each set piece of the Remnant Heritage Armor in Mass Effect Andromeda.

The Angaran Guerilla Armor

With the Angaran Guerilla outfit, you get a considerable tech skill power boost. Apart from just giving you an interesting and unique outlook, the Angaran Guerilla armor gives you +29 tech power damage, duration and maximum shields. Finishing the chest piece will also give your +20 tech construct damage. The research data and material you will need to construct this set of armor makes it one of the best starting points for people who want solid protection but cannot invest in the highly modular Remnant Heritage outfit or the compact but formidable Heleus Defender outfit.

Here is the material and research data you need to fabricate each part of the Angaran Guerilla armor.

Kett Fusion Armor

Compact, research data cheap but still functional. This is the perfect definition of this Heleus Technology piece of armor. If you make it to complete level 5, you will get +29 combat power damage, additional combat power cell capacities and an impressive +20 weapon damage. I tend to think of the Kett Fusion Armor as the perfect tool for the berserker as it increases your damaging power, ensuring that you mete out perfect justice long before the enemy gets to you.

You will need a total of 1500 Heleus Research Data to complete this set (which is reasonable) and here is the material you will need to build the armor.

The Milk Way technology makes we earthlings feels a little bit at home. This coupled with the fact that Mass Effect Andromeda N7 Armor set focuses on biotics makes it quite useful to humans since our bodies aren’t know to be that formidable. The level 5 set will give you +31 max shields, +15 biotic recharge speed and +28 biotic power damage.

To fabricate this piece of armor, you will need the following material and Milk Way technology research data.

Heleus Defender Armor

The Heleus Defender armor, unlike other sets discussed above, consists of only two pieces. The chest piece and the helmet. Though formidable, you will have to pay dearly to gain its +30 power damage, +20 damage resistance, and +12 weapon damage. Costing a total of 1900 Heleus Research data and with a shocking 1450 going to the chest piece, this might be among the last kind of Mass Effect Andromeda armor you might want to fabricate.

Best Mass Effect Andromeda Armor That You Can’t Fabricate

Not all of the best armor in this game can be created. Some of the very best come from scavenging and collecting. The Maverick Deadeye armor can be found inside storage containers or claimed when dropped by the enemy. It will give you spare ammo and improved accuracy for headshots.

If you are just starting out the game, you might want to maximize on the Deep Space Explorer armor. IT is a well balanced place to start from.
